This coin is a 1923-S Peace Dollar (San Francisco Mint), encapsulated by NGC with a special BullionPLUS “Original Bag Fragment” label showing a swatch of cloth fom a U.S. Mint silver dollar bag. This particular piece of bag is rare due to it showing ink from the original bag.The coin is described as Brilliant Uncirculated (BU) but not given a numeric grade (so likely around MS63 quality).

Background: Peace dollars (1921–1935) contain 0.7734 troy oz of .900 silver. The 1923-S had a mintage of 19,020,000, but many were heavily bag-marked; attractive uncirculated examples are collected.
